Are you an insured company?



We are a fully insured company and can provide the "Certificate of Insurance" that many buildings require. We provide different insurance options, and the basic one covers $0.60/lbs at no additional cost.



How is the reservation process done?



Request a quote, and our manager will provide all the details and let you know if your desired date is available. After clarifying all the details, you will receive a confirmation email, and you'll be ready to move!



Are there any hidden fees?



Absolutely no hidden fees. We are very clear and transparent with our pricing. You will never be charged for something you haven't been informed of.



How can I speed up the moving process?



We always recommend our customers box up all the loose stuff and sort out everything before the move. Mark things that will stay, find the shortest route from your apartment to the truck, reserve an elevator.



Am I paying for the break time?



The foreman may ask you if the team can take a break, so all the lunch/smoke time will be deducted from the final bill. Our customers only pay for the time we work.



Do I have to tip movers?



The crew always appreciates the tip, but it is by no means necessary and entirely up to you.
